Details: POSITION SUMMARY Medpace is a global, full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) specializing in a multitude of therapeutic areas. Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a leader for our Site Payments and Contracts Group. As Head of Contracts and Site Payments, you will be managing a team of Contracts Managers and Site Payments staff. This position plays a key role in the clinical trial management process at Medpace by being the lead in the site contract, payment, and budget negotiating process. This position is office-based in Cincinnati, OH and further responsibilities are outlined below: Recruit, retain and develop the Site Payments and Contracts Team; Strategic development/enhancement of processes related to site contract and budget negotiation; Collaborate closely with clinical operations key management and teams; Participate in global initiatives within Clinical Operations QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred; and at least 5 years of experience in managing site contracting process for CRO; Proven strong line management and leadership skills; WHY MEDPACE?
