Details: Flavor Application Scientist will lead innovation and develop flavors applied to nutritional beverages / products with a focus on general wellness, weight management, performance and sports nutrition, health care nutrition. Develop flavors for customers with a focus on nutritional beverages / products – sports nutrition, general wellness, performance, health care nutrition Tasting and establishment of suitable use rates for flavors. Independent development of bases for application when customer base is not available. Utilization of market information gleaned through interaction with the Marketing Information Specialist and/or other sources will be used to identify areas where we, as a company can proactively engage our customers. Work with the customer in either a face-to-face or telephone capacity and build solid relationships which will increase the appeal of company to our customers. Stay apprised of new flavor technologies which may become available through suppliers.
