Looking for: Two years of technical experience is required such as testing or mechanical/electrical repair Associates Degree or Bachelors degree is preferred First day/training : - Will be required to complete company's training modules. Typical day: - Complete assigned tests, could be related to a particular component, system or entire product. Some tests are automated and some are manual. - Must be able to look at assigned tasks and use time appropriately. For example: start one automated test that will take several hours, while the test is running perform a shorter manual test. - All tests are related to design verification to ensure product operates as it is designed to do. Will be working in Lab setting at a work bench. May need to build some minor fixtures. Must haves: mechanical background electrical background technical background troubleshooting experience report writing data tracking Hand tools computer skills excel Best vs. average: Will work on their own with little direction, approach manager with solutions not problems. Able to work with team. Able to perform trending and analysis. Willing to accept mundane and repetitive work, not act as they are above it. Performance: Will be required to complete scheduled tests daily. Must be 100% accurate in tracking data. Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 P.M.
