Details: Kelly Scientific is currently recruiting candidates for a Chemist position at a specialty chemical company in north Houston. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 6 months experience or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience. Overall responsibilities of the position include: Making chemical blends, checking and adjusting reactivity, and evaluating shelf life of blends Routine physical testing including density, k-factors, and others Assist other colleagues in laboratory or machine operations Provide summarized results to supervisor This is a contract assignment that is estimated to last one year. This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position, with pay commensurate upon level of education and experience.
