Details: Identifies and evaluates procedures to ensure the production of quality product for manufacturing side. Works with measurement tools to ensure product is to standard before it is released. Conducts studies to understand capability for process and/or measurement systems. Performs dimensional testing for product before and after cleaning. Provides the Quality group with technical support as required. Makes decisions on how to handle product issues with the operator accordingly and matters pertaining to whether or not product is acceptable. May write technical reports, records of standards and rejections and other required quality documentation. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Adheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements. Sets up and runs experiments and/or test apparatus following clear instructions. Performs failure analysis, troubleshooting and repairs. Performs routine analysis using standard procedures making accept/reject decisions. Compiles and summarizes results of tests for evaluation. Performs other functions as required. Job Requirements Minimum Education: High school graduate. Minimum Experience: 3-5 years. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings/prints. Computer operation skills. Mechanical aptitude. Product knowledge helpful. Special Skills: Good organizational and communication skills.
